Compassionate Virtual Mental Health Care in Virginia and Ohio

Do you find that you:

  • Struggle with the impact of trauma

  • Feel overwhelmed, worried, or panicked

  • Know things intellectually, like you’re good enough, but don’t feel like they’re true

  • Repeat patterns that you know aren’t aligned with your values or the life you want to live

  • Beat yourself up over every little thing

  • Prioritize the wants and needs of others at your own expense

  • Struggle to identify and express your emotions

If any of these sound familiar, I’m here to help!

Hi! My name is Hannah Larter and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering virtual therapy to residents in the states of Virginia and Ohio. For the past decade, I’ve worked in non-profits, schools, and outpatient therapy practices to support people with a variety of needs. In all of these roles, I’m proud of the strong relationships I’ve built with my clients to help them gain insight and tools to make meaningful change. As a Social Worker, social justice is important to me and I am in strong support of Black Lives Matter and racial justice, body autonomy, as well as LGBTQ+ allied. I particularly enjoy working with adults who struggle with anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and/or life transitions as well as incorporating self-compassion into the care I provide.

In my free time, I love watching food focused shows (big Top Chef/Chef’s Table fan), playing (unfortunately, mediocre) pickleball, and traveling.
